With our online transfer portal, you're now able to secure all your transfers in only a few quick steps!
Travel with the peace of mind of knowing there will be someone waiting for you upon arrival, or start the holiday early and get picked up directly from your front door. Whether you're looking to arrange a domestic or international transfer, follow the steps below to add transfers to your booking and enhance your travel experience!
If transfers are included in your package or have been added as an 'Extra Service', these will be arranged by our Operations Team. To check your booking, please view the inclusion section of your itinerary and/or your invoice where any extra services will be added as a separate line item.
The option to book transfers through our portal in your Traveller Hub will become available once your tour has been confirmed and remain open up until seven days prior to departure.
Please note our Transfer Portal is currently only available to customers in Australia, and cannot be accessed by travel agents. (excluding South America - see separate South America guide below)
EXCLUDING SOUTH AMERICA
Follow this step-by-step guide to book your transfers (South America excluded):
- Log into your Traveller Hub HERE
- Once you are logged in, click on 'Bookings' on the left-hand side
- In this section, you will be able to view all your current and past bookings. Allocate the booking in which you would like to add transfers and select 'Manage'
- This page will highlight all the important details related to your journey. Once your booking has been confirmed , you will see a section called 'Transfers' and next to it, an option to select 'Add transfer'
- A new page will open, asking you to complete all the required information; pick up/drop off date, your departure/arrival flight time, and the number of travellers who will be utilizing this transfer. If the return journey uses the same locations in reverse order, and you would like to add this transfer as well, you can check 'return'
- Click 'Search' and you will be directed to a new page where a number of reliable transfer options for your destination will appear. Please note in some rare occasions, limited transfer options will be available as this is dependent on operating services in your selected area
- Use the navigation bar on the left-hand panel to select any preferences you may have. You can also click on 'More' to view further details regarding the transfer company
- Once you have selected your preferred option, click 'Select' and please complete all lead traveller details. Then, select 'Confirm' to request your transfer
- You will then be directed to your invoice. Full payment is required immediately to confirm your transfer
- Once paid, your transfer is all confirmed! You will receive a copy of your voucher prior to travel with all necessary meeting times, instructions and contact details
Important Details:
Should your travel plans change at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up time, you will be required to cancel your transfer booking in your Traveller Hub and place a new order. All transfer bookings are 100% refundable if cancelled outside of 48 hours from the scheduled pick-up time.
For any changes within 48 hours of travel, you must call the transfer company directly to make any changes and pay any difference in cost directly. These contact details will be located on your voucher.

SOUTH AMERICA
Follow this step-by-step guide to book your transfers:
- Log into your Traveller Hub HERE
- Once you are logged in, click on 'Bookings' on the left-hand side
- In this section, you will be able to view all your current and past bookings. Allocate the booking in which you would like to add transfers and select 'Manage'
- This page will highlight all the important details related to your journey. Once your booking has been confirmed , you will see a section called 'Addons' and next to it, an option to select 'Add ons', which includes Optional Tours and Pre/Post Tour Transfers
- Under this section, select the transfer/s by clicking '+ Add Upgrade'
Please note for South America our transfer operator only services the start hotel for pre tour transfers and end hotel for post tour transfers as per the hotels listed on your final documentation (provided approximately 14-30 days prior to arrival). If you have made your own pre or post tour independent arrangements we are unable to provide airport transfers to a different hotel. - Once you have selected your preferred transfers, click 'Confirm'
- Select Invoice and click on "Pay now" to finalise payment for the additional transfer service
- Once paid, your transfer is all confirmed! You will receive a copy of your final documentation in your Traveller Hub approximately 30 days prior to departure with all necessary meeting times, instructions and contact details
- Please ensure all independently booked international arrival and departure flight details are provided to Inspiring Vacations at least 70 days prior to departure by selecting 'Flights' and clicking on 'Add flight details'
Important Details:
Should your travel plans change at any time after your flight details have been submitted, please notify Inspiring Vacations to ensure your pick-up time is adjusted accordingly.
For any changes within 24 hours of travel, we recommend you call the ground operator directly to make any changes and pay any difference in cost directly. These contact details will be located on your final documentation.
